St. Vincent's Medical Center - Clinical Lab

This project consisted of the renovation and consolidation of the Medical Center's Clinical Laboratory to facilitate the expansion of their Surgical Suite. By organizing the spaces to optimize workflow, the required square footage of the Laboratory was reduced sufficiently to allow for the Surgical Suite expansion. A modular casework system, which is easily adaptable to future reorganization, makes the Laboratory extremely flexible. The construction was broken into four phases so that the laboratory could remain in operation throughout the duration of the project.
